Trim Painted, Electrical Rough-ins and Concrete Flat Work
There's been a flurry of activity the past couple of days, despite the weather. The electricians showed up Sunday and installed all the ceiling and wall boxes as well as started running wires. The trim guys and the painters worked together to get the exterior trim finished. And then yesterday the concrete guys poured the concrete for our covered porches in the pouring rain, which looked like it sucked! Definitely been a busy week out there.

More Trim and Mechanicals
The exterior trim is going up slowly. The HVAC and plumbing contractors are about finished with their rough-ins. The tankless water heater is mounted, but not hooked up. It's funny, I never expected to be so excited about the mechanicals of a house. Things like the pex water lines which are routed through a manifold system and the tankless water heater have me excited, no more cold showers!!!

Finishing Exterior Sheeting
Today they pretty much covered all of the exterior surfaces with sheeting. They've taken down all of the bracing on the interior, so it not only makes walking around the house easier, but you can really get a feel for the size of the rooms.
